Review
The Final Kraut Down Burger is an 80/20 all-beef patty covered in melted Swiss cheese, a sauerkraut/sautéed onions mix, topped with dijon mustard, and nestled in a kaiser roll.
Overall this is a great burger. The dijon is a little overpowering — as mustard tends to be — so we recommend replacing it with Thousand Island dressing. But even with the mustard, your taste buds hit the beef patty, kraut, and onions all in succession.
One other possible change: don’t drain and rinse the sauerkraut, so that it keeps more of its sourness, that would be a nice addition to this savory morsel of beefy heaven.
